Dean watches his girl and his son happy that they were able to fix him relatively quickly. He walks over and gently rubs his sons head while he feeds from Jo. He loves watching them because besides Sam they are now the most important people in his world.

"Thanks for helping my son." Dean says to the Doctor who nods, smiles and bids them goodbye with the promise of discharging their baby around 7pm just to make sure there aren't any complications.
